We open at 8:30am every day for local, continental, American and full English breakfast, followed by an all day full menu and exceptional daily specials until 23:00pm.
Our food is complimented with a full bar and international wine list. We specialize in beer and gin, so it’s not so hard to discover a new drink or taste here. You’ll find Gibraltar’s most extensive selection of gin where you can create your own G&T and garnish it with fresh fruit, veg, herbs & spices from our unique gin garden. If beer is your thing, we serve the perfect glass of San Miguel, have guest beers on tap and have a large range of ales, including brands only available at Biancas.
There’s a full carvery every Sunday lunch from midday (booking is essential). Our menu includes lots of food for sharing, so if it’s a quick nibble and a dessert you fancy, we have plenty of homemade sweets and over 20 flavours of Movenpick luxury Swiss ice cream to choose from.
Biancas attracts the “after workers”, being the perfect place to chill over a cool minty or mango mojito and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
Biancas was refurbished and expanded in February 2016 to meet the demand of existing and future clientele. The result was outstanding as Biancas now includes energy efficient lighting, air conditioning, heating, outdoor cooling, fast wifi and style. EU funding helped with the building work, equipment, furniture and advertising.
Biancas looks better than ever and continues to deliver consistent quality food and drink, with casual professional service, at realistic prices.
General manager Mark Brazier is supported by Sam Martin who heads the kitchen along with Ross Sutton. Between them they have over 65 years experience at Biancas.
